Can we start on the Fabrication Platform without using the Customer Portal first?

Yes. Plenty of fabricators want the whole job on one system from day one. The Customer Portal is included, so your customers can quote themselves from the start.

Which CNC machines does it work with?

Nyro writes programs for Biesse, SCM, MasterWood, WoodWop, Anderson and FMC controllers. If you run something else, tell us in the demo.

Does it connect to our accounting system?

Yes. Invoices and customers go to your accounting software and payment status comes back, so nobody keys an invoice twice. Tell us what you use in the demo.

Can we get rid of the WhatsApp groups?

Yes. Every job has its own conversation, staff have direct messages and named groups, and each customer account has a chat. Emails to and from customers land in the job, internal notes stay internal, and approvals are recorded against the exact drawing version. Notifications reach staff in the app, on their phone and by email, with quiet hours.

What happens on the factory floor?

Each station gets a tablet view of its queue. Operators see the piece, the drawing and the operation, and mark work done as it happens. That's what keeps order status honest for customers and staff alike.

Staff and customers, on one quote

Whoever holds the quote edits it. Everyone else reviews.

Customers draft their own jobs and submit them for review. Your estimator approves, sends back for changes, or takes the quote over, finishes it and sends it back priced. Every price shows its working, rule by rule, so review takes minutes. Approval makes the order automatically, with the price, the drawing and the nest locked.

Conversations & approvals

One conversation per job, from the first sketch to the install.

Customer messages, internal notes, photos and sign-offs live on the job, not in WhatsApp groups and personal inboxes. Emails go out under your name and replies land back in the job. Staff groups like Workshop and Install team, direct messages and a chat per customer account cover everything else, with @mentions and live links to any quote or order.

Drawing, seam, slab colour, site-ready and install sign-offs are one click from the app or the email, recorded against the exact version. Nothing can be edited away, so the record settles the dispute.

Invoicing & reporting

The numbers a fabricator actually argues about.

Invoices are raised from the order and go straight to your accounting software, and payments come back so orders show as paid. Reports cover margin, remakes and lead time, by material, by customer and by job type.

See what's committed, what's at risk and what you can promise this week. Reorder by drag, batch by material, and plan around holidays and shutdowns. Every job carries its full history from the quote onward.

Programs for your machines

The approved drawing becomes the machine program.

Nyro writes the programs for your CNC machines directly from the drawing the customer approved, sheet by sheet from the same nest the job was priced on, offcuts included. Biesse, SCM, MasterWood, WoodWop, Anderson and FMC controllers are supported.

Laminate and stone, one system

Built on a working laminate shop.

Face and board are nested and cut separately, grain direction is respected on every sheet, and edge-tape decor is matched on the job, so the floor never has to work it out. Stone, laminate, solid surface and timber can sit in the same job.

Floor tablets at every station

Job status is real, not remembered.

Operators see the piece, the drawing and the operation at each station: cut, edge, polish, pack. They mark work done as it happens, which is what keeps order status honest for the office and the customer.

Stock & materials

Every slab and offcut, tracked against a job.

Material is reserved when an order is confirmed, stock levels update as it's used, and usable offcuts are kept for the next job that fits. Low stock raises a reorder and a purchase order to your supplier.

Delivery & dispatch

The last mile handled like the first.

Delivery zones, pallets and rates price into the quote. Book your freight provider from the order, or plan runs for your own trucks. Customers get the tracking link and delivery date, and the driver records a proof-of-delivery photo against the order.
